Brisbane Youth Football Academy and other participating agents (i.e. Travel Agents, Airlines, Football Clubs and Hotels are not responsible for any inconvenience, injury, loss, delay or irregularity out of/or in connection with the tour.

Tour Price: All tour prices indicated are per person and are based on the Rate of Exchange at the current time of booking. Price is subject to change without notice.

𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Economy class return airfares, 20kg free baggage allowance, accommodation, three meals per day in Spain & two per day in England, transfers to & from airports. Two live matches, games & training.
Tour Kit, Winter Jacket, Tracksuit, Polo and a Bag. Travel insurance. Travel Taxes up to $400.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
A deposit of $1000 will secure your booking, the balance of the tour price shall be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure or earlier if required under the applicable airfare conditions. Late reservations may be accepted subject to availability and accompanied by full payment.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬
$1000 Deposit is waived till flights are booked, confirmed and paid in full.

90 Days before departure 40% of Tour Price.
Less than 60 days before departure 60% of Tour price.

There are no refunds for unused portions of Land content, and once travel has commenced Brisbane Youth Football Academy reserves the right to cancel the tour in the program at any time prior to departure. In this event the participant is entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.

Brisbane Youth Football Academy reserves the right to increase the tour costing due to the decrease in the AUD value.

As Airlines are changing policies, may charge per bag, this maybe an added cost to be paid at the airport.

The participants shall be responsible for obtaining all passports and visas required.
